I tried Pacific University and came away with a great hearing aid, but getting someone on the phone by leaving a message and waiting for a call back was consistently tedious. I decided to try Sage Hearing and they exceeded all of my expectations. My hardware issue was quickly diagnosed and resolved. I received better training on care and maintenance of my hearing aid. An upgrade to my ear cushions permitted a whole new level of hearing correction with the support software. With all of that completed, I received a hearing test through my hearing aids that took my sound quality and range of adjustments through my iPhone to a new level.
