We saw David couple of week ago to try and help my MIL with her hearing loss. She has brought her hearing aids from overseas and was complaining all the time about not feeling comfortable using them.
David was so patient during the hearing exam and explained every step of it. He discovered that her hearing aids weren’t properly set up, and was able to fix it within a few minutes. I am so grateful that my MIL can hear again!
