This is a follow up review on Sage Hearing Solutions. Over two years ago, I described my extremely positive experience working with David and Jaimie King to fit me with my first set of hearing aids. Two and a half years later I am still completely satisfied. They have always been available through the adjustment period to answer my questions and make changes. David listens to my comments and observations and makes the appropriate adjustments to improve my experience. They truly care about getting it right and keeping it right for their patients. I so appreciate that. Example: During my last check-in appointment I was in the reception area when an elderly woman came out of David’s office with a big smile on her face and exclaimed, “I can hear!” She was thrilled! Her daughter was with her and both gave David a hug. They were truly thrilled with what turned out to be a transformational life experience, not just an appointment for a medical device. It is not “make a sale and see you later” with Sage. Right now, I am evaluating a sample for a new product. I am pleased that they are always looking for improvements to help their customers. When someday it is time for me to get a new set of hearing aids, I will definitely be getting them at Sage Hearing Solutions! Thank you David and Jaimie!

I am so happy and impressed with Sage Hearing Solutions and the result they provided to me.
