We purchased a nice set of hearing aids for my Mother in 2015 from David at Sage Hearing Solutions. He has been most helpful, both at initial testing, selection, set up and purchase. After that, one of the caregivers ran one hearing aid through the clothes washer. David got it repaired under warranty saving us $500.00.
Recently, there has been some consternation from parties at both ends my Mother’s telephone calls. She was not understanding. I contacted David and asked if there were adjustments that could be made to help?
He said, bring them in. Not only could he adjust the volume levels with his computer, he made the default volume when battery doors closed be the highest volume programmed in. The feedback from friends and family is that it is now possible to carry on a conversation with Mom…!
