David is a straight shooter. I brought in a pair of hearing aids I bought on line for him to adjust. He basically told me they were crap and that I needed to purchase better quality hearing aids.. We made a selection among a number of recommendations and he ordered them. Unfortunately, he ordered the wrong ones so they have to reprocess the order.

I’m updating my review to say that my hearing aids did arrive and I was immediately called and an appointment was made for the fitting. David was fantastic. Very thorough and very patient. I would now give Sage Hearing a 5 for outstanding service.
